I am a seasoned academician and development expert
with 17 years in academia
and 15 years of experience
in consultancy. I hold a PhD degree in Rural
Development from Central
Luzon State University, Philippines obtained in 2016. As an academician, I have taught
in different universities in Rwanda and beyond. Currently I am the dean of faculty of
development studies at Protestant University
of Rwanda. I have also worked on part-time and full-time basis for other
universities in Rwanda including UNILAK, ULK, INES, University of Kigali [UoK],

training workshops and developing plans to establish a university based entrepreneurial ecosystem for the
project to establish Africa Science and Entrepreneurship University [ASEU] in
Liberia.
I have acquired practical experience working with farmer organizations
and associations, and on regional projects [Rwanda and DRC] as a monitoring and evaluation officer. My experience in consultancy includes providing technical advisory services to associations
and civil society organizations, coaching SMEs in different sectors
on behalf of Enablis, Sharpen
Skills and GIZ, conducting trainings
to a wide range of clients
on behalf of organizations like RICEM, AMIR, RMI, conducting institutional and
