The Office of Academic Registrar at the Protestant University of Rwanda (PUR) is pleased to inform the general public and PUR Community, that its 13th Graduation Ceremony is scheduled on Thursday, 2nd October 2025, at the University headquarters in Huye. The official list of approved graduands has been published and is accessible on the University website via this link (PIASS Authorization for 13th graduation) Each graduand is allowed to invite two guests to the ceremony. The graduation fee is set at 45,000 Rwandan Francs and the payments must be made through Urubuto Pay, of which 5,000 Rwandan Francs is refundable after returning the graduation gown in good condition within three (3) days following the graduation ceremony.

Below are the important deadlines for graduation roadmap:

Deadline for Payment: From 22 - 28 September 2025 (applicable to both Huye and Karongi campuses).

Gown and Invitation Collection: From 28-30 September 2025 at both Huye and Karongi campuses.
